SOS - Son of Swat. 4.4" Blade Length 9.2" Overall Length 1.1 Blade Width. 16 Blade Thickness 6.9 Ounces. Flat Saber Ground Hand Finished Satin Blade with a V-Ground Edge. Custom Full Hand Smooth Desert Ironwood Handle w/Red Liners & German Nickle Silver Tubes Filled with Clear Orange Resin. INFI Blade Steel, Small Choil. This is Brand New directly from 2017 Blade Show in Atlanta Ga. The Son of Swat has been discontinued by Busse Combat and now now long available and can no longer be ordered so get this before it's gone! The Son of Swat was introduced by Garth Reckner in April of 2016 and has since been discontinued. This is one of the models available in the Operation Two Weeks! Here is what he said about this knife. SWAT Snipers, whose team members carry the SwatManDu, requested the same level of performance in a much lighter, narrower, and compact package due the special conditions they face. This request was answered with the Son Of Swat (SOS). This one is a Full Blown Custom was made by the Busse Custom Shop just for the 2017 Blade Show! 16 thick Flat Saber Ground Hand Finished Satin Blade and Finished it off with a V-Ground Edge which is Razor Sharp! The Busse Custom Shop really outdid themselves with the Custom Full Hand Smooth Desert Ironwood Handle finished off with Red Liners & German Nickle Silver Tubes Filled with Clear Orange Resin. It's details in the little things like if you look closely at the German Nickle Silver Tubes you will see it is filled with Resin that's clear and if you hold up to the light, you can see light pass through it. You will never see another even close to this beauty.
You can tell a lot of thought, planning and work went into making this a Truly "One of a Kind" knife! This is Brand New, never used, carried or sharpened. The Blade steel is INFI which is a proprietary Steel is used only by Busse Combat knives. Here is your chance to own a beautiful piece of History!
