Antique Wood Butter Worker, Pat. (7 1/4" H x 28 1/2" L x 19 3/4 W) Antique Hand crank Butter Worker with wood roller running on cast iron track with Decorated Cast Iron handle. Seems to be in working order. The crank moves easily up and down the track.

This tool made it easier to push the buttermilk from butter. Butter is placed in the unit and the paddle wheel presses out the buttermilk that then drains away through a small in the bottom corner.
